Tragedy on Queen’s Day
Gosh! What a tragedy!
The Queen’s day this year is celebrated in Apeldoorn. Right before they took off for a break, a black car hit some people and then hit the memorial stone near the bus with the Royal family. The men and women hit were thrown in the air and fallen everywhere in front of the other audiences.
Shock! Kids and women cried. The princesses’ faces told the story of this shocking tragedy. And Queen Bea? Poor Queeny.
Could this act be for them? What if the man did hit the bus? What if the little princes and princesses were with them? What if.. what if…?
Fortunately the little princes and princesses were not coming during this event but later in the programme. I can’t imagine if we had to say farewell to any of our Dutch Royal Family.
Idiot! Whatever happened to this so-called a nice neighbour, to commit such a scene and SIN?
Now the whole country has to suffer from the repeated news of today’s tragedy.
May the people involved in the hit tragedy will be well and recovered.
Queen’s Day
Good morning,
I am home today. The Dutch country is having a public holiday: Koninginnedag (Queen’s Day). Most of the country is in orange since yesterday. Saw them all going to Rotterdam Zuidplein for a big feast when I was in the metro from work.
I did not plan to go out to celebrate so I just stayed at home last night and today of course. I am thinking of going somewhere later on but I’ll see how it is going.
Till later pal. I’m off to farm town.
Farm Town

Someone's farm in Europe
Today is my 4th day farming. Plowing, planting, waiting for the crops to get ready for the harvest. But before it happens, I have to find a job at the market so that I can earn more coins in order to buy tools or seeds or even to plow new soil for my farm.
4 days at the farm town and I’m already on level 18. Addicted? Well, you can tell, can’t you? But I know sooner or later I’ll be back to my routine and normal life. Still unsure when that will happen…
Dinner and Karaoke
18 April 2009, Dinner and Karaoke at the Poldervaart

Singing MY WAY by Frank Sinatra to conclude the evening.

Yours truly was the paparazzi of the evening/night.
Mirjam, Liang and I are the 3 buddies who love having ladies night (only for ourselves) together. (In Dutch, J should be pronounced as Y)
Although Wil just came back last night, our appointment must go on. So I prepared dinner: fried rice, fried noodles, chicken curry, chicken with 2 types of Chinese mushroom in soya sauce, vegetables and Indian bread called roti prata. I did serve my hot chillie pepper taken all the way from Sabah and I couldn’t believe my eyes that Jaap finished them all. He is Dutch! (Dutch don’t take hot chillie pepper.. lol)
(Els and Cor are Mirjam’s parents while Jaap is Els’ little brother. Liang is a beautiful girl from China who is an expat in this country.)
I fell in love with Mirjam’s family when Liang and I were invited to have dinner at her parent’s home before going to her house to stay overnight. They were such a warm and funny people so I invited them to come to our place for a fun night.
After dinner, we looked at the photos taken in Malaysia. Whoa.. Whuu.. Awesome
Then it’s time to have some fun. Karaoke was on, 2 microphones and beers on the table. We sang, we laughed, we took photos, we made jokes.. lots of fun. I loved it and they all did too.

The 3 buddies, just got gifts from Els.
Two lovely buddies (still available). LOL.. I love you both, girls.
New Phone
I ordered a new mobile phone Samsung Omnia SGH-i900V a couple of weeks ago. I get a new phone every 2 years or depending on my subscription with the mobile service.
So, it finally came on April 17th at my door.
I opened the courier envelope and saw the picture of the box and put it on the table.
I was not so enthusiastic as I just got my Nokia E71 and I still love the thing. Sam did all the job from opening the box and checking the product.
Now the thing has a new owner. Yes, who else huh? The only big boy at home who loves new toys.
3 Sabahans

My Friday with Sam (blue shirt) and Diana (white shirt). I prepared home style food specially for Diana as she hasn’t been eating the food for a while. So, I went to some Asian shops in Rotterdam and near my house to get those stuff. It was great eating lunch with fellow Sabahans.
Diana’s hubby was our cameraman on that day.
DH is in UK, coming home this evening.
Oopppss! You don’t know.. He is on his way home from his holiday to Malaysia. He won lottery from his other half: a one return-ticket alone without tagging along his little wife.
Naa…. It’s my obligations at work and at my study, so I skipped this time.
Happy birthday

My birthday with my very very very sweet girlfriend Elaine was very special. She picked me up on this beautiful Easter Sunday to celebrate the day. So we went to Keukenhoff, Lisse to have some fun with the beautiful tulips, hyacinth all some other kind of flowers.
Then we went to Kijkduin beach in The Hague. Had a walk and had dinner there: spare ribs for Elaine and lamb chop for me (plus some spare ribs Elaine put on my plate… lol).
This was really a sweet gift from my dear Elaine. She said, “That’s what friends are for.” Thank you my dear friend.
(Just so you know, I didn’t intend to celebrate my birthday this year. But if any of you still have gifts to give me, you are welcome to do so.. Uwahahaha…)
